Mehndi is the application of henna as a temporary form of skin decoration in Pakistan as well as other South Asian and Arab countries.

I have loved mehndi probably ever since I was born

and after joining deviantART I discovered scherenschnitte so I thought why not merge them to create paper mehndi! (although i'm quite sure someone would have thought of it before me

)

I used this tutorial [link] to make it.

Materials used:
- Pencil (to make the pattern)
- Brown printing paper
- Paper cutter
- Scissors

Time taken:
Dunno exactly but i was up all night in creating the pattern and then cutting it
